I did not loose weight this week but inches are still melting. I did not exercise either but my eating has been good.

Not bad! Specially the arms, arms are my hardest body part to reduce and .5 inches is great!! I can see my neck! and some of my collar bones!! WOO HOO!! By the way the new do was not planned.
