1 week report/ 14 Day Plan

Jan- 6 = 198
Jan-12= 195 -3 lbs!! 1 lb short of the goal but still did good!

I barely exercised but I did cut on the food.

14 days: My Beau and I (really his name is Beau) have a thing going next time he sees me (14 days) I will have a smaller stomach and he is supposed to be cutting on his smoking and drinking. Food addiction vs Alcohol and Cigarette addiction; who will win? I say me!

So I am starting this at 195 lbs. Goal to exercise one hour and eat healthy.
So far this morning when I calculated the calories. It came up to a little over 1,000 cals. I am very excited to see the results. THe menu calls for:
Brkfst & Lunch-- 2- toasts with tuna salad
Dinner- Turkey chilly, 1 spoon of lite sour cream and a small hand full of shredded cheddar cheese.
Exercise- half hour of TTapp
Weight- 195
arms- 15 .5
bust- 43.5
waist-39.25
hips- 42.25
thighs-26
Calves- 17.5

ONE WEEK TOTAL:
Arms -0
Bust -2
Waist -0
Hips +.25
Thighs -.25
Calves -.25
Weight - 3
