Went camping for a week. Did not over eat and did not care for all the goodies around me. I did manage to reach the 30lbs loss!! I got 40-43 more.

Weigh loss VS Inch Loss?

I prefer inches but it sure is great to see the numbers go down.

As I am finally exercising I am curious to know what happens. Will my weight loss stop or will continue as I loose inches?

I have a cold. I am trying to exercise even tho I don't feel well.

Bootcamp?! What Bootcamp?!

So I did not start it when I said I would but I did start today.

It was hard for I had a storm of little hands and feet grabbing me and pulling me and tugging on me. They asked for things they could get themselves. I keep moving, I did not let this stop me from achieving my goal of at least 30 minutes of exercise. Would I make it? or would the little hands and feet win by distracting me?......... I fought and fought and it was long and hard and at the end of 30 minutes......I had finished my work out!!

Tomorrow the goal is to exercise in the morning when the little hands and feet are in school.

Day one down- 9 more to go. I am doing a 10 day BC.

Soooo Happy!!!!

I have not been this weight since 1996!! 173 lbs!! That's 25 removed!!! My BMI is 29.7 making me no longer considered OBESE I am now officially overweight and on my way to NORMAL!!

Counting down

I am counting down to Jan. 22 for the second week results. I have been behaving food wise, exercise wise I have not stuck with it. I have exercised 3 times in the last week. I exercised today .30 minutes. I am sticking with the water plan.

1 week report/ 14 Day Plan

Jan- 6 = 198
Jan-12= 195 -3 lbs!! 1 lb short of the goal but still did good!

I barely exercised but I did cut on the food.

14 days: My Beau and I (really his name is Beau) have a thing going next time he sees me (14 days) I will have a smaller stomach and he is supposed to be cutting on his smoking and drinking. Food addiction vs Alcohol and Cigarette addiction; who will win? I say me!

So I am starting this at 195 lbs. Goal to exercise one hour and eat healthy.
So far this morning when I calculated the calories. It came up to a little over 1,000 cals. I am very excited to see the results. THe menu calls for:
Brkfst & Lunch-- 2- toasts with tuna salad
Dinner- Turkey chilly, 1 spoon of lite sour cream and a small hand full of shredded cheddar cheese.
Exercise- half hour of TTapp

Ok.

Mind set- Check! (I think.... I hope)

I guess these next few days are like detox since I have not had self control when eating lately. So am ready to get lots of headaches and fight with my self when wanting something not healthy or out of schedule.

The goal as of next Monday is to loose 4-5 lbs per week. The big goal is to remove 73 lbs. The first big goal is 48lbs.

I also have a lot of stress in my life right now which does not help but I will be taking it one meal at a time.
