Ok.

Mind set- Check! (I think.... I hope)

I guess these next few days are like detox since I have not had self control when eating lately. So am ready to get lots of headaches and fight with my self when wanting something not healthy or out of schedule.

The goal as of next Monday is to loose 4-5 lbs per week. The big goal is to remove 73 lbs. The first big goal is 48lbs.

I also have a lot of stress in my life right now which does not help but I will be taking it one meal at a time.
